AREAS OF IMPACT
CONCEPT / STORYTELLING / ART DIRECTION / CHANNEL STRATEGY / WEB DESIGN / PERFORMANCE MARKETING
The chosen concept illustrates how merchants can increase sales and grow their business by providing flexibility at checkout. This concept focuses on taking the data for most sold products, visualizing them and splitting them into different parts. It relies heavily on 3D renderings, texture, motion and statistics.
Designing a channel strategy that starts with 'Securing merchant attention' and ends with 'Enabling product engagement' gave our team the structure to craft messaging and visuals that are touchpoint specific.
The project included pitching a multi channel concept to leadership, securing budget, sourcing a production house and designing assets for landing pages, press, performance, CRM, in-admin and social.
Performance Marketing was an area we felt this concept could shine. We created over 150 assets both static and with movement to test with our performance team. The results gave us areas to improve and data for future campaigns.
It is important to me to share the work that I take part in externally as it gives designers a chance to learn from my process and gather feedback. In September 2022 I shared a case study about Shop Pay Installments at Product Crunch, Berlin, which had a sold out attendee list of over 150 people.
